Authorization letter from the Content Owner/Rights holder *

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service Agreement listed in the Authorization Letter below.

We, the undersigned and digital rights holder of the film, hereby authorize ‘BNR FILMS LLP’ to act on our behalf exclusively in all matters relating to Digital rights of our film and to explore possibility of Film Festival Marketing/Promotion/Branding in Regional/National/International Film Festival Circuit.

We, the Rights holder, declare BNR FILMS LLP as our authorized ‘Film Festival Marketing Partner’ for the aforesaid project. BnR Films will be credited in the film (in the Opening Credits) as ‘Film Festival Marketing Partner’ by including BnR Films’s Brand Logo and Brand Logo Animation in the Opening Credit.

The Producer/Production Company shall also include BnR Films’s Brand logo and Logo Animation Video in all their creative materials/promotional materials (including but not limited to Posters, Website, Banners, Hoardings, Pamphlets, Press Releases/Notes, Promo Stills, Promo Teasers, Videos, posts, tweets, reels etc) as 'Film Festival Marketing Partner'.

We declare that no other agency has been authorised by us for the film festival marketing/promotion/branding of our film. This authorization will be in effect for 18 months from the date of signing the agreement post which the agreement needs to be renewed. Furthermore, any other authorization, with respect to this title, given prior to this date, to any third party shall now stand null and void.

For the Film Festival Marketing of this title (which means Film Festival consultation, Submission, Social media promotion of Official Selections/Nominations and Awards), BnR Films won’t charge any service fee. However, all the costs related to film festival submission and promotion including but not limited to the festival submission fee, logistics cost (in case the Producer and/or any other member from the film team or any representative of BnR Films has to physically attend any of the film festivals), social media marketing cost etc, have to be borne by us (the Producer/Production company).

In case the film wins any Cash Award/Prize in any of the film festivals in any category, the cash award will be split between the two parties as follows: Producer/Production Company - 90% and BnR Films LLP – 10%.

We, the Rights holder, acknowledge and agree that this agreement in no way guarantees selection of the film in any Film Festival / Contest/ Competition/ Award. BnR Films shall not be responsible for the title not being selected in any Film Festival/Award.

BnR Films assures us (the Rights Holder) that confidentiality of all the info shared by us (the Rights Holder) in this agreement will be strictly maintained. None of the info related to the film (including Film Print, Preview copy, Budget etc) will be made public. Such info will only be used for submitting content to the Film Festivals/Contests as and when required.

We, the Rights holder, certify that the details/information provided in this form are true to the best of our knowledge. We also agree to provide further details/information/assets/prints/materials/links as required by Film Festivals/Awards.

This document shall be legally binding to both parties: BnR Films and us (the Rights holder).
